Our hosting and security providers may process basic technical information such as request time, browser type and IP address to deliver and protect the website.

We use submitted information to verify email ownership, provide temporary installer access, review demo-licence requests, respond to enquiries, arrange demonstrations, provide requested support and protect the website from misuse. We do not sell personal information.
Verification and download access
Email-verification links contain encrypted, time-limited information. After verification, the website stores a secure, HTTP-only browser cookie that permits installer downloads for up to 24 hours. The cookie is used only for demo access and is not used for advertising.
Service providers
The website and private installers are delivered through Cloudflare Workers and R2. Transactional emails are processed through Resend. These providers process information only to deliver their respective services and operate under their own privacy and security terms.
Retention
Verification links and download sessions expire automatically. Licence requests delivered by email may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to process the request, maintain relevant business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.
